ORDER PROCESSING
All orders may take up to 4-5 business days to process and ship out. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive thereafter. Orders typically arrive sooner depending on the immediate availability of your item(s). Orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Virtually, we can ship to any address in the world.
Holidays will increase shipping time.
During sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order volume increases. Please allow up to 14 business days during these instances. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates are based on weight of the items purchased andcalculated at checkout.
TRACKING AN ORDER
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost/stolen or goods damaged during shipping. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace lost, stolen or damaged orders. We will do our best to assist in these instances.
